- Inability to drink, poor feeding, difficulty eating, nausea, especially in children. Does the child still have multisystem inflammatory syndrome: high fever, red eyes, red lips, strawberry tongue, swollen fingers and toes, rash, etc.

What drugs are used in the instructions for treating f0 at home?
List of drugs allowed to be used for f0 treatment at home according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health:
Fever reducer, pain reliever
Paracetamol
- For children: package of mixed powder or granules with content of 80 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg or 250 mg;
- For adults: 250mg or 500mg tablets
Antiviral medication, choose one of the following two:
- Favipiravir 200 mg, 400 mg (tablet).
- Molnupiravir 200 mg, 400 mg (tablet).
Anti-inflammatory drug Oral corticosteroids: This medicine cannot be purchased or distributed to people treating f0 at home. This medicine must be prescribed according to a doctor’s prescription according to the provisions of the COVID-19 Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health. And the medicine can only be prescribed for one day while waiting for delivery to a facility to treat COVID-19 patients.
- Dexamethasone 0.5 mg (tablet).
- Methylprednisolon 16 mg (tablets).
Oral anticoagulant: this drug cannot be arbitrarily purchased or distributed to people treating f0 at home, but this drug must be prescribed according to a doctor’s prescription. prescribed in the COVID-19 Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health. And the medicine can only be prescribed for one day while waiting for transfer to a facility to treat COVID-19 patients.
- Rivaroxaban 10 mg (tablet)
- Apixaban 2.5 mg (tablet)
How to take care of f0 at home, how to clean and treat waste?
