Warranty policy

Products and services of the customer will be warranted in accordance with the agreement when buying/ selling the corresponding products or service according to the type of of product or service that the customer has used. The product is warranted for free within the warranty period from the time the customer receives the finished product.

Present warrantly card and delivery note, payment invoice when requesting warranty. Warranty card or invoice must be filled with accute and coplete customer and product information. Warranty cards and invoices must be intact, not patched, erased or required.

Cases not covered by warranty

For cosmetic porcelain teeth

Violation of one of the conditions in item 1.

Serial number, product model does not match the Warranty Card.

Customers arbitrarily intervene/warranty part or all of the product or use the service at warranty centers that are not in the dental network or designated by dental partners. Customers who do not strictly follow the clinic’s instructions:

  • Instructions at the doctor’s treatment plan
  • Instructions for use
  • Using other drugsichemicals or chewing hard foods without a doctor’s instructions leads to changes in tooth color, broken or cracked porcelain teeth..
  • Accidents or strong impacts that cause damage to teeth

For Implant products

Violation of one of the conditions in item 1.

Serial number, product model does not match the Warranty Card.

Customers arbitrarily intervene/warranty part or all of the product or use the service at warranty centers that are not in the dental network or designated by dental partners.

Customers who do not strictly follow the clinic’s instructions:

  • The instructions at the doctor’s treatment plan: care during the recovery period of the tooth wound, periodic re- examination, cosmetic restoration for the teeth.

  • Instructions for use.

  • Using other drugs/chemicals or chewing hard foods without the instructions of the doctor leads to changes in tooth color, broken, cracked porcelain teeth, etc.

  • Accidents or strong impacts that cause damage to teeth

For iway braces products

Violation of one of the conditions in item 1.

Serial number, product model does not match the Warranty Card.

Customers arbitrarily intervene/warranty part or all of the product or use the service at warranty centers that are not in the dental network or designated by dental partners.

Customers who do not strictly follow the clinic’s instructions:

  • Instructions at the doctor’s treatment plan: periodic re-examination, how to wear and use the tray, the procedure and instructions for wearing the tray, …

  • Instructions for use.

  • Using other drugs/chemicals or chewing hard food without the instructions of the doctor leads to changes in tooth color, broken, cracked porcelain teeth, etc.

  • Accidents, drops, breaks or strong impacts that cause damage to teeth/tray
